About Scott Shepston
I’m Scott Shepston, a New Build Home Sales Expert serving homebuyers throughout Pahrump and the Las Vegas region.
Since entering real estate in 1999 — nearly three decades ago — I’ve worked across almost every area of home sales, including new construction, manufactured homes, and traditional resale. That broad experience allows me to guide buyers through the new-build process with clarity, confidence, and practical insight. I don’t just sell homes — I help people understand the decisions behind them.
Every buyer has unique goals, and I take the time to learn what matters most to you before we ever start looking at options. Whether it’s choosing the right floor plan, understanding construction stages, evaluating upgrades, or navigating timelines and financing considerations, my goal is to remove uncertainty and replace it with confidence. My clients always know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and why it matters.
I believe the home buying process should feel exciting — not overwhelming. My approach is rooted in honesty, communication, and steady guidance so you can make decisions comfortably, without pressure or confusion. Many buyers tell me the process felt far simpler than they expected, and that’s exactly how it should be.
Before focusing on new-build home sales, I built a diverse professional background — from professional driving across all 48 states to construction and law enforcement. Those experiences taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to work with people from all walks of life. Today, that translates into steady problem-solving, clear communication, and advocacy for my buyers when questions or challenges arise.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife Robyn for 37 years, and we’re proud parents of three grown children and their spouses, along with six wonderful grandkids. Family is at the center of everything I do, and it’s a big part of why helping others find the right home is meaningful to me — a home isn’t just a structure, it’s where life happens.
If you’re considering a newly built home and want clear guidance on floor plans, pricing, and the building process so you can make confident decisions, I’d be honored to help.
